Poster Printing on Medium Scale Poster Printer in OEL

Following are the instructions for setting up your poster. When you're ready to have it printed, please send the file to me via email and we can make arrangements for you to pick it up. Following are the instructions we've made available for printing. Also, I've attached some formatting guidelines for you and a link to a template that may be helpful.

OEL Large Format Poster Printer

To Format:
Talk to your faculty mentor about guidelines and poster specifications for your discipline 

Create your poster in a file using programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Publisher or an illustration program such as Illustrator or PaintShopPro (if you are using an illustration program, you must also be able to save the file as a .pdf document)

Save your file in a large size format (maximum size is 48"x48") - you may have to use 'custom canvas size'

To Print:
Contact OEL (412-624-6828) to schedule an appointment to print your poster.

It may take from 5 to 30 minutes to print a large format poster depending on the number of graphics you include and number of pages you need.
