1998 Akron Section Award Received by Professor Peter Wipf

Professor Peter Wipf recieved the 1998 Akron Section Award of the American Chemical Society.

Professor Wipf presented a special lecture on Wednesday, March 17, 1999, during the 1999 March ACS meeting, at the University of Ackron. The talk was titled "Stereochemical Adventures in the Total Synthesis of Natural Products." An Abstract of the award lecture is available in the Akron ChemLine March issue.

The award was presented during the evening of the lecture.
